TASTY AND HEALTHY CHICKEN ‘N’ MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients

  • Fresh mushrooms (chopped finely): 155gms
  • Onion (chopped): 1 Piece
  • Chicken (cooked and shredded): 1 cup
  • Chicken stock: 4 cups
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
  • Flour: 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto: 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder: to taste
  • Salt: to taste

1.Heat the butter in a heavy bottomed pan,stir in mushrooms and fry for about 2-3 mins
2.Add flour and blend well.
3.Then add the onion and chicken letting the soup simmer for 10-15 mins.Season and serve piping hot.
