To make delicious Chingri Macher Malaikari, First marinate the Jumbo prawns or Golda chingri with turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan reduce the flame and carefully fry the prawn for 1 minutes. Remove from the pan. Add bay leaf, garam masala wait for few seconds. Add cumin paste, onion and ginger paste sauté for 7 minutes and turmeric powder.
After 5 minutes add coconut milk, salt, sugar and red chilly powder little and then add prawns and keep for 5 minutes. Then serve with rice or pulao. Enjoy this delicious dish with family members and friends.
