- Almonds(blanched): 150 gms
- Chicken(cooked) : 125 gms
- Bread courtons: handful
- white stock: pinchful
- Lemon rind (chopped finely): 1piece
- Cream: 1cup
- Egg yolks (hard boiled): 2
- Pepper powder: to taste
- salt : to taste
- Ginger and garlic paste: 1 tbsp
1. Grind together almonds,chicken to a fine paste with some stock.
2. Put to boil in a saucepan the ground mixture along with lemon rind and seasoning.
3. This is a healthy soup for our body,mind and soul and it is also very delicious.
4. Boil the stock separately pour it over the boiling mixture,gradually stirring continuously.
5. Simmer for about 1 hour.Strain &return to flame.Bring to a boil,remove from flame.
6. Serve hot garnished with egg yolks & topped with cream.
7. Enjoy the hot and healthy soup with family members and guest of course.
